There are many shortcuts and quickie programs offered
to help you stop smoking. While these have some success, the Hypnotherapy
approach I have
been trained in leads other programs in its success rates.
Why Does it Succeed?
To start off with, we review your "Smoking Profile".
This involves learning who you personally are as a smoker, your reasons
for smoking, supports in your life for smoking cessation, and intent
and timing for stopping. Unless your profile supports your success,
we do not move forward. Often it is a matter of timing. I want to increase
your success at becoming a long term non-smoker. When we proceed, we
use behavioral modification and carefully timed Hypnotherapy to support
your success.
Hypnotherapy supports behavioral modification to
help you to achieve your goals. It helps you to handle urges and reframe
the appreciation
of food to help you lose weight AND enjoy food.
I ask that all perspective weight management clients get a release
