Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Disease

I work with many clients who have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Irritable Bowel Disease.  We use hypnotherapy for the alleviation and management of symptoms.  Conventional medicine alone has not been able to adequately alleviate IBS and IBD symptoms. However, hypnotherapy in conjunction with traditional treatments can produce remarkable results in symptom alleviation.  Hypnotherapy is not considered a ‘cure’ for IBS or IBD, but is an effective method for symptom relief.

I trained with Melissa Roth of the Alabama Hypnotherapy Center in a formalized methodology for working progressively with IBS and IBD that has been very successful for many clients.
